Meet Ambassador
The co-founder of our brand and a fishing enthusiast with a lot of experience. Darek travels around the world catching record fish, but his real passion is fishing for Mahi Mahi. In addition to large ocean species, Darek also catches trout using light and ultra-light techniques. All this, of course, according to the catch and release principle. His knowledge and experience resulted in the addition of 16-carrier braids to our range, perfect for catching large sea and ocean species.

A fishing legend. Founder of one of the most recognizable fishing brands in the world – Salmo. Piotr has traveled all over the world in search of record fish, and his practical knowledge of the European fishing market is invaluable in the process of improving our products. Due to his passion for trout fishing, he spends a lot of time on technically difficult rivers, comprehensively checking the properties of Mahi Mahi Superior braids.

Paweł is one of the best fishing guides in Poland. He represents a simple, but very important principle. Go big or go home. Paweł is known throughout Poland for his record catfish, caught in the shadow of the Wawel Castle in Krakow. He’s also traveling a lot to Ebro River in Spain. Apart from these two rivers, Paweł also has his second home – Zalew Czorsztyński Lake. Right there, he’s fishing for beautiful zanders and pikes. From classic jigging fishing to vertical technique – Paweł’s vast knowledge allows us to precisely define our 8- and 16- carrier braids to perfection.

A multi-award-winning, world-class angler who has chosen Norway as his home. His extensive experience in fishing for zander using vertical and classic techniques contributed to the perfect refinement of our 8-carrier braid, which is ideal for fishing for zander and sea species. In addition to record-breaking zanders, he’s also landing decent pikes, whose length usually exceeds the magical 100 cm.

One of the youngest, but experienced Mahi Mahi Superior Ambassadors. Dawid has perfected catching huge catfish in rivers and still waters, catching often fish over 200 cm long. Dawid tests our braids in difficult river conditions, checking not only their durability, but also their resistance to reacting with polluted water. Its previous results always prove in favor of our product. Dawid is also a great catcher of zander and pike using the vertical technique, and his favorite braided lines from our range are 8- and 16-carrier.

A hunter of huge catfish from the Odra River in Poland, who catches many record-breaking fish every season. Piotr mainly prefers active fishing techniques and does not shy away from difficult spots where the largest catfish are hiding. When fishing in the rivers, he can check our braids very carefully in many respects, starting from durability and ending with their resistance to reacting with substances dissolved in water.

There will be a lot of talk about these two in the future. Krzysztof and Michał, our friends from the Polish Fishing Academy have often conquered social media with another record- breaking fish they caught. Their focus is the technique of vertical fishing for zander, pike and catfish, both in Poland and abroad. Their extensive experience and choice of our 8- and 16- carrier braids are proof of true fishing professionalism.

Rafał is our specialist in light fishing techniques, who is particularly fond of fishing for chub using the spinning technique. He tests our braided lines on medium and large rivers, catching exceptionally large specimens with them. His favorite types of Mahi Mahi Superior braids are X3 and X4.

A surfcasting enthusiast who chose the Baltic Sea as his fishing destination. An exceptionally versatile angler, who mainly catch large specimens of bream and flounder. The difficult environment of the Baltic Sea puts our 8-carrier braids to the test. Apart from the climate of northern Poland, Dawid also likes to explore the more distant sea and ocean fisheries of our globe.

Another catfish angler on the list of our ambassadors, who particularly likes our 16-carrier braid. Jakub uses both: active and stationary forms of fishing, and his favorite fishing spots are wild areas of large rivers. The record fish he manages to catch in these difficult conditions prove the reliability of our most exclusive model of the Mahi Mahi braid.

One of the most versatile spinning players in our team. Sławek is known for catching record- breaking pikes, although he also catches other predatory fish. From lake fisheries to river fisheries. From small species such as perch, to a huge pike, zander and asp – his fishing style allows us to best respond to the needs of a true spinning enthusiast, giving us the opportunity to improve our products in many dimensions.
